Our general shipping is USPS. Shipping rate is dependent on item size and weight.
Orders over $75 ship for free within the USA via USPS, all orders under $75 ship USPS there is a shipping fee of $5.95.
Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 2-5 business days to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International rates & delivery times vary depending on your shipping service of choice and additional taxes and duties that may be charged by Customs.
Yes! After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Yes! But this is very important: Please choose a USPS shipping option at checkout if your order is going to a PO Box. FedEx is unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time and requires a valid street address for delivery.

Why am I being charged international duties and/or taxes?
International shipments are sometimes subject to special duties and fees that vary by country. At this time, we’re unable to collect payment for international duties and fees at checkout, so you may be required to pay them separately when your order is cleared through customs. We know this is not ideal, and are actively working to provide a better experience for our international customers. Should you choose not to pay or pick up your package, it will be returned to us which can take several weeks. Once the item is received and checked back into our system, we will issue a refund.
Due to the influence of COVID-19, the global logistics transportation time is slow. The transportation time may be extended in some areas. This is normal, as long as the package is in normal transportation, we will extend the receipt protection time, please cancel the dispute, please wait patiently for the receipt of the package, you will definitely receive the package!
