COVID-19 Response & Policy


With the Coronavirus reaching global pandemic levels, businesses across the globe are taking unprecedented precautionary measures to mitigate the spread of the virus. We know it is top of mind for our customers; so, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are taking every measure possible to protect the health of our employees, clients and local community during this time.

We proactively use the appropriate combinations of engineering and administrative controls, safe work practices, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent customer & worker exposures.

We have been practicing social distancing before it was an obligation and we will continue to do so, having your best interest in mind during this period.

We have implemented to ensure our hygiene processes are more stringent than ever. We are taking preventive measures to keep our stores clean and maintain a healthy environment. Before packing and handling the goods, our staff will wash hands thoroughly, wear gloves and a face mask, and then sanitizes all of the packaging before handing over to the carriers. All vehicles, furniture, and cabinet handles are sanitized at regular intervals throughout the day.

Our people are well trained and aware of the elements of infection prevention.

During the period of the global common war virus epidemic, the number of operating personnel will be reduced, and logistics and transportation will become tight due to flight adjustments of some airlines, airmail services and speed post services to the following destinations may be subject to delay that will make the transit time be longer than usual.

However, we are as passionate about your service as ever. If at this time, logistics caused you trouble, don't worry. We have some suggestions as below:

  1. Tracking Information: If the tracking information is not displayed or updated in our noticed mail, please don't be worried.

Return Policy

In light of the challenges posed by COVID-19, we’ve adjusted our fulfillment center practices to ensure we're able to complete all orders and order returns in a way that protects the safety of our valuable distribution center associates. As such, some order returns may experience delays of longer than expected processing time. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time and will continue to do our best to process your return.

For the convenience of our customers who have purchases with a “return by date” which falls within the period when our stores are closed, we will offer a 30-day extension from the date our stores open again for merchandise to be returned.
